The investigation into the deliberate arson in Veliko Tarnovo continues. The Prosecutor's Office announced that it will press terrorism charges against 33-year-old Stoyan Dechev. For this reason, the case is being taken over by the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office, Nova TV reports.
