A large fire broke out in the area of the railway tracks near the village of Blaskovo, Varna region, after an 8-year-old child played with fire, the police announced.
The incident was reported yesterday at around 3:25 p.m.
According to initial information, the fire started from burning dry grass, but due to the wind and high temperatures, the flames quickly spread to nearby buildings and property. As a result of the fire, three houses, one car, as well as white, black and computer equipment were completely destroyed.
No one was injured, and the fire was localized at around 5:30 p.m. The complete elimination of the fire continued until late in the evening.
An investigation has been launched into the case, which is being supervised by the prosecutor's office.
