A traffic accident involving a fire truck occurred today on "Vladaysko Vastanie" Str. in Shumen, shortly before the intersection with "Veliki Preslav" Blvd. There were no injuries in the incident, according to information from the regional website Shumen Online.
According to initial information, the fire truck was traveling on a fire alarm in the village of Ivanski, when, while passing a moving vehicle, it hit two more parked cars in the area.
The accident caused only material damage to the vehicles. No injuries were reported in the accident, which occurred in the central part of the city.
Traffic in the area was temporarily restricted due to the incident.
Fire trucks in Bulgaria have priority when driving at a signal, but in dense city traffic, similar situations sometimes arise when passing other vehicles.
