Musician, producer and entrepreneur Denis Rizov, who has been living between Bulgaria and the USA for over 30 years, spoke on the show “This Saturday and Sunday“ on bTV about his life in both countries and how the pandemic has changed everyday life in America.

Today he is back on Bulgarian soil for the joint tour with B.T.R., but overseas he lives in Florida.

“Life in the USA has become much more expensive, and the American Dream is almost evaporating. Food and housing prices have risen dramatically, and salaries are not keeping pace,“ shared Rizov.

And he added that “people are tired and many of them are looking for opportunities outside the country.“

At the same time, according to him, positive changes are being noticed in Bulgaria, although at a slower pace.

“I see that there is potential here and people are more optimistic,“ he said.

Denis Rizov also commented on the political situation in the US, admitting that during Donald Trump's first term he was his supporter.

“I supported Trump because I believed that he would change the system. But now I see that things did not develop as I expected,“ said the musician.

Currently, Denis is participating as a special guest in the new tour of the legendary rock band B.T.R.

„It has always been a pleasure for me to go on stage with B.T.R. and share the music with the fans. I am looking forward to the last concert in Sofia,“ said Rizov.
