Due to the danger of smoke on the road as a result of burning dry grass and stubble, traffic around the 86th kilometer of the "Trakia" highway was temporarily disrupted, and a traffic jam was formed in the direction of Burgas.
At the moment, traffic is operating normally in both lanes of the highway, the Regional Police in Pazardzhik reported, quoted by BTA correspondent in Pazardzhik Nikoleta Mandzhukova.
The spokesperson for the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior, Miroslav Stoyanov, announced that two firefighting teams from Pazardzhik had been sent to the scene. He appealed to drive with increased caution and at a lower speed than the permissible speed on the "Trakia" highway. and drivers should not distract themselves by taking pictures with mobile phones, thereby creating the conditions for traffic jams or accidents.
