Employees from the Regional Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection" in Pleven have freed an 8-year-old child stuck while playing on a playground in the "Kaylaka" park.
A signal about the crisis situation was submitted yesterday at 14:20 to the single European number 112, the regional directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
A team arrived immediately and found that the child's foot was stuck on a rope bridge between two wooden beams. They immediately provided assistance. The foot was freed with a manual hydraulic spreader. The child was handed over to his grandmother.
