We are talking about Dr. Isa Ali, born in Northern Syria. We contacted representatives of the Syrian community in our country. It turned out that most of them know him but only vaguely, few were close to him.
What we managed to find out about Dr. Isa is that he graduated from medicine in Bulgaria. After that, he returned to Syria, where he was arrested. Others claim that he was arrested in Bulgaria.
Some of his acquaintances claim that he used to work in the emergency department of Pirogov, others - in the Emergency Department. We cannot officially confirm this information at this time.

The 21-year-old driver who caused the fatal accident was charged at the hospital, in the presence of a lawyer. It was filed by the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office and is for causing death by negligence.
