A 48-year-old man was stabbed near a commercial site in Kyustendil, the police reported.
The incident occurred on the evening of August 17.
The injured man was treated in hospital - he has two stab wounds, which are not life-threatening.
The perpetrator of the act is a 60-year-old resident of Kyustendil, who has been detained.
