A 35-year-old man drowned on the North Beach in Primorsko, the Burgas police press center reported to bTV. The incident occurred shortly after 5 p.m. today.
Rescuers managed to pull a woman and a child out of the sea alive. Another man was also rescued.
A few days ago, another tragedy occurred on a Bulgarian beach.
The bodies of a 14-year-old boy and a 35-year-old man who disappeared in the stormy sea near “Sunny Beach“ were found and pulled from the water in the area of the South Port of Nessebar.
The two have been missing since the day they entered the sea near the “Vand“ hotel at the resort.
The child and the man were part of a larger group that, despite the prohibitory red flag for strong waves and the warnings of the lifeguards, entered the sea to refresh themselves.
Four men from the group managed to get to the shore, but the 14-year-old and his 35-year-old relative were swept away by the dead waves.
