The Labor Inspectorate has started inspections on the Southern Black Sea Coast for undeclared work in hotels and establishments during the summer season, BNT reports.

The inspection is aimed at compliance with employment contracts, working hours, pay, and the safety of workers. The hiring of minors, as well as workers from third countries, will also be checked.

Since the beginning of the year, the Labor Inspectorate has conducted over 31 thousand inspections and identified more than 123 thousand violations.

The cases of work without an employment contract alone are over 2,200. The Minister of Labor and Social Policy Borislav Gutsanov will also participate in the inspections in the Sunny Beach resort.
