"This week the Bulgarian government drove another nail into the coffin of BDZ. A decision was adopted, which marks the beginning of the concession and destruction of the Bulgarian railway. The only result of this decision will be:
1. The new trains purchased with the money of the Bulgarian state will be provided free of charge to private carriers.
2. The state subsidy for the implementation of the public service contract will also go to private carriers.
3. For BDZ, only losses, old and broken trains and difficult and loss-making lines will remain.
Once again, we would like to remind you that the condition for reform in BDZ written in the PVU does not mean the destruction of the state railway, but on the contrary - its stabilization.
