A fire is burning between Straldzha and the "Petolachkata" road junction. The fire has engulfed dry grass and bushes, Tatyana Pavlova, the spokesperson for the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Yambol, told BTA.
The fire alarm was raised around 12:00. Teams with three fire trucks are extinguishing the flames. There is currently no danger to nearby settlements, the police said.
Due to smoke on a section of the main road, police officers are also on site to assist travelers.
