The District Prosecutor's Office in Ruse will seek assistance from the Executive Agency "Medical Supervision" to the Ministry of Health in the case of the deceased 21-year-old woman in labor from Dve Mogili.
The young woman died two days after giving birth to a healthy baby in the AG ward of the "Kanev" hospital. Her family still has no official explanation for the cause of death.
A second autopsy is pending, and an internal inspection has been scheduled at the medical facility.
During the investigation, medical documentation has been requested, and explanations will be taken from both the doctors and the relatives of the deceased woman.
