A pre-trial investigation was initiated at the SDVR for causing minor bodily harm due to hooliganism after an attack on an employee of the Center for Urban Mobility.
Today at 1:50 p.m., a report was received on the 112 phone about an assault on a CGM employee while performing his official duties at the intersection of "Alexander Dondukov" Blvd. and "Dunav" St. in the city of Sofia.
Teams of the Fifth Regional Directorate-SDVR and the "Municipal Police" sector were dispatched, who established on the spot that after a dispute arose about a clamp placed on a car used by two men aged 43 and 50, a 39-year-old CGM employee hit the two citizens with his head and hands, with the older man also hitting them back.
Procedural actions are currently being carried out.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case, and the employee has been detained with a police measure for a period of up to 24 hours.
