On September 3 and 4, at night, the walls of the pipe for Burgas will be cleaned and painted in the "Trayanovi Vrata" tunnel on the "Trakia" motorway, reports the RIA, quoted by dariknews.bg.
For the implementation of the activities, traffic will be restricted as follows:
From 8:00 p.m. on September 3 (Wednesday) to 6:00 a.m. on September 4 (Thursday) – the pipe for Burgas will be temporarily closed; From 20:00 on September 4 (Thursday) to 06:00 on September 5 (Friday) - painting of the walls will continue in the same tube.During these periods, traffic will be redirected two-way in the tube to Sofia.
The “Road Infrastructure“ Agency emphasizes that periodic cleaning of the facilities is key to traffic safety and better visibility for drivers. Drivers are urged to obey traffic signals, drive carefully, at a reasonable speed and avoid risky overtaking.
