We are the opposition and we are fighting in every way for this disastrous government to go away. This was stated to BNT by Tsoncho Ganev from "Vazrazhdane".
"Our people are getting poorer with each passing day, we are a complete precedent for a country that is about to enter the eurozone, and the prices of our most necessary goods are rising every day. The policies pursued by the government are disastrous, we are incurring debt at a colossal rate - 16 billion in 9 months".
The second reason why the government must fall is the water shortage, Ganev stated. Over 300,000 people in the country are on a water regime.
"The government is taking out loans not to invest them, but to cover current calls. In addition to the 16 billion, it has forced the largest taxpayers in the country - banks and telecoms - to pay their taxes in advance. The National Revenue Agency - Sliven is already sending letters to companies to pay their taxes in advance for next year. There is no money, they want us to enter the eurozone, they are counting on absorbing this money, which they will have as an expense from the collapse of the currency board and which they will be able to spend on current expenses".
According to Tsoncho Ganev, the government is run by Peevski, Borisov and the BSP. Regarding the vote of no confidence by the PP-DB, he commented that neither it has been submitted nor has a date been set, and "the MRF can be trusted as much as the PP-DB".
The MP believes that the visit of ministers Atanas Zafirov and Ivan Ivanov to China was coordinated with "the sheriff of the Peevski government".
"He is the leader of this government, Borisov even emphasizes it and directly says that the government depends on the votes of the MRF - New Beginning. The opposition in the face of "Vazrazhdane" is doing everything possible to overthrow the government".
