35-year-old Hristina, who was the most seriously injured in the ATV accident in Sunny Beach, has died. The tragic news was confirmed by the University Hospital-Burgas, where the woman had been brain dead for the past two weeks.

"Hristina was killed… she is no longer with us! May God forgive her! Pray for Marty!", wrote on social networks Nikolay Popov – Siyana's father, who has been monitoring the condition of the victims for days and maintaining contact with their family.

For the past two weeks, the young woman's life was artificially supported after her brain refused to function. Despite the efforts of doctors, her condition was determined to be "irreversible" in the first days after the accident.

Good news comes about the condition of 4-year-old Marty. According to his uncle Svetoslav Sokolov, the child is now out of danger.

"He had 4 broken ribs that have started to heal. The small hemorrhage in the brain has already been absorbed. This is a ray of hope for us. He is still not in contact. The doctors in Pirogov are doing everything possible to fully stabilize his condition," the uncle shared.

Meanwhile, the results of the chemical-toxicological examination by Nikola Burgazliev confirmed the presence of marijuana in the blood and urine of the 18-year-old driver. According to Burgas District Prosecutor Georgi Chinev and investigator Marian Marinov, the expert report is categorical about the presence of the narcotic substance.

After the results, there are grounds for requalifying the charge against Burgazliev from an unintentional crime to an intentional one, the prosecutor's office announced.

The ATV incident occurred on August 14, when Nikola Burgazliev swept five people, including three children, onto a sidewalk in Sunny Beach. Two more children, nephews of Hristina's husband, as well as an employee of a nearby hotel, were injured in the incident. Hristina's older son witnessed the incident, but is unharmed.
