GERB leader Boyko Borisov commented on a number of important issues at the beginning of the new political season in his home parliament.

"To maintain the path through the eurozone, because nothing is completed by January 1", Borisov highlighted as a goal.

And as a key task he also outlined: "The adoption of the budget".

"Assimilation of the failed recovery plan", he indicated as the next priority.

Borisov advised President Rumen Radev to also speak with Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan. And to provide a "gift" by renegotiating the contract with "Botaş".

"I would also add industrial cooperation and development of the country to the priorities", Borisov continued and emphasized Bulgarian-German cooperation, which was formalized these days.

"Bulgaria turned out to be the largest investor in the Turkish gas pipeline system", Borisov continued on the topic of "Botaş".

Asked whether the government relies on the support of DPS-New Beginning and Delyan Peevski, Borisov replied:

"It is his job whether Peevski will continue to support the government".

"This government is not profitable for GERB. And our structures are boxing because we bear full responsibility, but I have given my word to my colleagues from ITN and BSP that we will bear responsibility to the end," he pointed out.
