European Council President Antonio Costa is arriving on an official visit to Bulgaria. He will be received by Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov.
The visit is part of a tour of European capitals, the aim of which is to gather opinions on key topics on the European Union's agenda, including the Multiannual Financial Framework. During the meeting, Bulgaria's priorities within the Union, as well as preparations for the upcoming meetings of the European Council and international forums, will be discussed.
