"I have ordered the "Road Infrastructure" Agency (API) by November 1, to conduct a complete inventory of the country's road network and see where there are outdated road signs," the minister announced. The RIA informed that there are over 50,000 signs on a 20,000-kilometer road network.
"On the sections where average speed is measured, the highest permissible speed is taken into account and if there are restrictions somewhere, they are not taken into account," said Ivan Ivanov.
