A week after the case of the beaten police chief in Ruse - tensions are growing today. The clash of views on what happened, as well as the published videos of the moment of the brawl, caused public discontent and two protests have been organized tonight - one in the Danube city, and another - in Sofia.
In front of the courthouse in Ruse, dissatisfied people will demand an objective investigation of the case and freedom for the accused teenagers - having already announced that they want the resignation of the police chief Nikolay Kozhuharov.
The organizers of the protest in Sofia, which will be held in front of the Ministry of Interior building, demand the resignation of Interior Minister Daniel Mitov.
