After the disaster in the Black Sea resort of Elenite - owners of apartments in the “Negresco” hotel are ready to sue the state, after it became clear that the building must be demolished. The DNSK explained that the building has the necessary documents, but it is not clear how they were obtained, since it was built on the bed of a river - something that is prohibited, Nova TV reports. Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov also commented on the topic of the flood in Elenite.
There are about 200 owners in the “Negresco” hotel in Elenite. They say that all the apartments there are private. “I bought it at a public sale announced by the National Revenue Agency”, explained Evgeniya Viktorova, an apartment owner from Kazakhstan.
Evgeniya has all the documents for the apartment. “I know that this building has Act 16, a certificate of commissioning”, she explains.
That the state is ready to demolish two objects in the resort, confirmed the DNSK. “Consultative acts will be drawn up to remove these two illegal objects. These are the aquapark and the correction of the Kozluka River, the Drashtela River”, said Eng. Lilyana Petrova, head of the DNSK.
In fact, it is precisely because of this correction of the river that the hotel will also have to be demolished - because it was built on it. However, property owners are ready to file complaints.
„There are all the permits and I am sure of the signatures of the civil servants”, emphasized Evgeniya Viktorova.
„In a last resort, if Bulgaria does not hear us and does not respond to our requests - we must go further. Because this is actually my property and this does not apply only to me”, is categorical Anna Latsheva, the owner of an apartment from Belarus.
At the same time, in front of mayors from all over the country, Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov promised the state to make a clear model and to tighten control and sanctions when it comes to the intervention of human activity in nature.
„As a result of the heavy rains, what is now given as an essential example of the element, which is to some extent also assisted by human activity in Elenite, occurred. We had a very quick reaction, but once again we thought of throwing a stone into the swamp of what has happened since the late 1990s, said Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyakov.
The state already has information from the regional governors about where it is necessary to clean up or correct riverbeds.
