The Pre-Qualification (PreQ) stage has begun in the tender procedure for “Design and construction of a new Terminal 3, pre-terminal space, transport center and modernization of the existing Terminal 2 at “Vasil Levski“ -Sofia” Airport. The submission of documents will continue until December 19, 2025, specifies the concessionaire “SOF Connect”. It will identify and allow companies with proven technical, financial and organizational capacity, as well as experience in the implementation of airport infrastructure projects of a similar scale, to submit bids.
