The Israeli home of Zelensky's treasurer is empty

The house is located in the coastal city of Herzliya

The mansion of Ukrainian businessman Timur Mindych, known as Volodymyr Zelensky's "treasurer", located in the Israeli coastal city of Herzliya, appears to have been empty for a long time, a TASS correspondent reports.

The trees on the property have not been pruned for at least several months, the paths and furniture are covered in a thick layer of dust, the gate has either been torn down or dismantled but not restored, as if the renovation was started but never completed. There are no security guards or maintenance staff on the property, all the windows and doors in the building are closed, and the glass is dusty. The house next door is also uninhabited.

Herzliya is considered one of the wealthiest cities in Israel, located fifteen kilometers north of Tel Aviv on the Mediterranean coast. Mindich's villa is located on the so-called coastal strip, 100 meters from the beach on “Galei Telet“ Street in the northern part of Herzliya, according to tax documents published in the media. The surrounding area is home to ambassadors, local celebrities, doctors and entrepreneurs. In 2020, the residence of the US ambassador, which has been located on the same street since the 1960s, was sold. According to Ynet, the sale price was 67 million USD.
