By a government decision, Troyan Municipality received ownership of land properties - private state property for the reconstruction of Str. “Akad. Angel Balevski“ and the adjacent bridge facility on the Beli Osam River at the regional fire safety and population protection service in Troyan, which is a municipal site of primary importance. It is included in the project proposal “Together for integrated territorial development of the territories along the Osam River and its tributaries“, submitted by the municipality under the procedure for integrated urban development in 40 urban municipalities of the “Regional Development“ Program 2021-2027. If the planned implementation is not implemented within five years of the acquisition of the properties, the local administration will have to transfer them to the state. The regional governor of Lovech must develop a control mechanism through which he can carry out periodic checks on the fulfillment of the conditions under which the properties are transferred to the municipality.
With another government decision, Simitli Municipality receives free of charge part of a state property necessary to increase the capacity of the Family-type Accommodation Center for Adults with Mental Disorders. The targeted property is located in the town of Simitli and consists of premises with a total area of 137.19 sq. m. Until now, it has been used by the Ministry of Health, but is no longer needed by the department. If the planned activity is not implemented within 5 years of the acquisition of the property, the municipality is obliged to transfer ownership of it to the state, for which a control mechanism will be developed by the regional governor of Blagoevgrad.
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to establish a gratuitous right of use for a period of 3 years for conducting field research and conservation of archaeological values - the sanctuary of the demons in the area of Saint Prophet Elijah, on a land plot in a forest area - public state property. The property is located in the city of Velingrad, Velingrad municipality. The decision is in accordance with the Forestry Act, which allows for field research and conservation on land in a forest area - public state property.
