The hospital that brings hope
In the heart of the Burgas district “Zornitsa“ the new children's hospital “St. Anastasia“ is growing - a modern medical facility with an area of over 28,000 sq. m, designed by the architectural studio Kabano. This is not just a construction project, but an investment in the future of the youngest patients.
In the new children's hospital in Burgas, ETEM systems play a central role in creating a safe, bright and energy-efficient environment. The ventilated E97GH system provides incredible vision and energy efficiency, which is especially important for children's medical institutions. The suspended E85 and EF50 facades allow for maximum natural lighting and excellent thermal insulation, while emphasizing the modern vision of the building. The E75FD, EW70 and E45 opening systems contribute to the comfort of patients and staff through reliable ventilation, stability and ease of operation.

New generation sports infrastructure
One of the most impressive sports projects in our country relies on a combination of high-tech facade solutions from ETEM. The E85 SG & Cap system shapes the dynamic vision of the building through large glazed surfaces and excellent resistance to weather influences — key for the mountainous climate in Samokov. The E45 system is also integrated into the structure, which allows for precise combination of openable and fixed elements, without disturbing the overall facade line.
For the entrance and functional areas, the E75 FD, a door system with high insulation performance and exceptional strength — ideal for intensively used facilities such as sports facilities.
The A1 Motor Park racetrack in Samokov impresses with panoramic glazing, modern architecture and spaces designed for professional training and large events.

Building for modern education
The new building of the „G. S. Rakovski“ High School is among the winners in the „Building of the Year“ competition in the Social Infrastructure category – Science, Culture and Education. The project impresses with a modern educational environment, functional architecture and sustainable materials.
Two of ETEM's most successful systems were included in the modernization of the educational institution. The E85 facade system provides high energy efficiency and an abundance of natural light — factors that have been proven to improve the learning environment. The E45 opening system contributes to natural ventilation and comfort in the classrooms, while maintaining the elegant vision of the building.
