The Trump Tower project, which is being implemented in the Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca, is the most expensive in our northern neighbor. The second stage of its development has received the "green light" in accordance with the city's Zonal Urban Development Plan. The investor SDC Imobiliare presented the project documentation at a meeting on March 19.
The project is part of a larger concept for a new urban area. It is a multifunctional complex of a new generation. The main building is a 30-story building with hotels and apartments. 150 hotel rooms and 450 apartments are planned. There will also be a shopping center with an area of 100,000 sq m. It is planned to green 40% of the plot area. Golf facilities and recreation areas will be built. The goal is to follow the concept of “city within a city“. Once it is implemented, the complex will be one of the most luxurious not only in Romania, but also in all of Eastern Europe. The investment is worth nearly 500 million USD.
The main participant in the project is Eric Trump – son of the current US President Donald Trump.
