At the end of 2025, the investor AMur and the Bulgarian Properties agency launched the construction of Sky Towers by AMur – an ambitious residential complex in the southern part of Sofia.
Within four years, two 75-meter towers will appear in the Manastirski Livadi district - east - on the cloverleaf of the ring road with the Boyana district, which, according to the investor Walid Gharbi, are conceived as a future architectural symbol of the capital. According to him, the idea for the project came back in 2006, and its implementation was possible thanks to the team of IPA architects, the main contractor PSS Construction and the consultations of Bulgarian Properties in the person of Mihail Chobanov.
Architectural concept
Sky Towers unites two tall buildings, oriented towards each other, which create a characteristic silhouette. The architectural concept is inspired by the location - the place where the city meets the mountain. The vertical elements symbolize the dynamic silhouette of Sofia, while the horizontal and smoothly curving lines refer to the relief of Vitosha. Panoramic glass facades, high ceilings and 360-degree views will provide a feeling of spaciousness and light. The facades use composite panels, large-format granite tiles and suspended glass systems, which add depth and visual rhythm.
The complex and the environment
The project provides for 260 homes - from two-bedroom apartments to spacious maisonettes. Some of them - which are located on the ground floor - will have individual courtyards, and a "green core" will be formed between the two towers. Over 40% of the area of the terrain is allocated for landscaping. Infinity pools on the roofs and common areas with green areas will be available to all owners. The ground and first levels will include commercial facilities and services - a children's center, a beauty and dental center, shops and showrooms, as well as a public area designed as an extension of the urban environment. The underground levels will offer parking spaces, individual garages, warehouses and technical rooms.
In terms of construction technologies, the emphasis is on energy efficiency and sustainability - modern facade systems, excellent thermal and sound insulation and heat pump heating. Management and maintenance will be entrusted to a specialized company, which guarantees constant control over the quality of the environment.

The apartments are offered exclusively by BULGARIAN PROPERTIES, without commission for buyers. The complex includes the possibility of purchasing underground parking spaces, garages and storage rooms. The investor offers various payment schemes – standard, with discounts or with installments – which are negotiated individually with buyers, taking into account their preferences and the current capabilities of the project.
Construction is organized in stages until the end of 2029, which allows buyers to plan their investment according to the progress of the project.
