By a government decision, private properties were expropriated for the construction of the Vidin - Medkovets section of the Vidin - Sofia railway line and a new Sratsimir station. The land falls within the land of the village of Vartop, Vidin Municipality. The site is part of the project “Design of the construction of the Vidin - Sofia railway line: Update of the project and preparation of the Vidin - Medkovets railway section“. The site is of national importance, part of the trans-European transport corridor “Orient/East Mediterranean“ and the railway freight corridor “Orient Corridor“ of the TENT-T network, as well as part of the railway highway “Mezdra South - Ruska Byala and Mezdra - Vidin“. The funds for compensating the owners are at the expense of the National Company “Railway Infrastructure“. The decision can be appealed before the Supreme Administrative Court within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
Part of a property - public state property, managed by the Ministry of Environment and Waters, becomes property - private state property. It consists of 12 buildings on Str. “Institutska“ No. 1 - A in the “Ovcha Kupel“ district, Sofia. They are not used for their intended purpose due to the risk of self-collapse and have lost their quality of property - public state property. The government's decision gives consent for their removal, and funds are provided for this in the budget of the department. The Ministry of Environment, Water and Water will have to notify the Service of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre - Sofia of the need to reflect the changes in the cadastral map and cadastral registers of the property, and the regional governor of Sofia - of the removal of the property.
The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision to grant consent to transfer the right of ownership to a property - private state property as a non-monetary contribution to the capital of “University Multi-profile Hospital for Active Treatment “St. George“ EAD, Plovdiv. The property is located in the city of Plovdiv, “Western“ district, “Park of Recreation and Culture“ and represents a land plot with an area of 1176 sq. m, adjacent to the property in which the buildings of the Clinic of Infectious Diseases of the University Hospital “St. George“ EAD, Plovdiv are located. This Decision will provide an opportunity for the implementation of future investment intentions, with the aim of sustainable development of the Infectious Diseases Clinic of UMBAL “St. George“ EAD.
