Exactly 5 years after the unfinished Rodina Industrial Complex building on Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd. in Sofia, Sofia Municipality has issued a building permit. It was signed on March 18 by Acting Chief Architect Stefan Asparuhov and is valid from April 9.
Buildings with a total floor area of 227,000 sq m will be built on the site of the former complex. The 2023 construction plan provides for buildings up to 75 meters high and several lower buildings to be built on the site.
The plot has been divided into two smaller ones. The building permit does not apply to this part, which overlooks Sofia. Tech Park“, although there are plans for this part as well from 2023.
