The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to declare a property - public state property, a property - private state property, and for its gratuitous transfer into the ownership of Montana Municipality, Montana District. The subject of the decision is an undeveloped land property located in Montana District, Montana Municipality, Montana City, with an area of 2800 sq. m. The property is transferred gratuitously into the ownership of Montana Municipality for the construction of a street with the necessary technical infrastructure - underground and aboveground, in compliance with the legislation and rules in the field of state aid.
The Government also adopted a decision to declare a property - public state property, a property - private state property, and for its gratuitous transfer into the ownership of Samokov Municipality, Sofia District. The property is located in Sofia District, Samokov Municipality, Samokov, and represents a land property with an area of 3381 sq. m, together with the building built on the property with a purpose: for culture and art, which has a built-up area of 2239 sq. m, on 2 floors, with a developed built-up area of 3100.38 sq. m and a basement with a built-up area of 1952.60 sq. m, for which an Act of Public State Property No. 9273 of May 27, 2024 was drawn up. By the act of the Council of Ministers, the right to manage the property is taken away from the Executive Agency "Military Clubs and Military Recreation", due to a lost need. The property is transferred free of charge to the Samokov Municipality for the creation of a center for cultural and social activities related to the permanent satisfaction of public needs of local importance, in compliance with the legislation and rules in the field of state aid.
The Cabinet provides the management of part of a property - public state property in the city of Varna to the Social Assistance Agency for the needs of the Regional Directorate for Social Assistance - Varna and the Directorate “Social Assistance“ - Varna. By the decision of the Council of Ministers, its management is taken away from the Executive Agency “General Labor Inspectorate“ due to no longer being necessary. The part of the property is located on the fifth floor of an administrative building on “Tsar Osvoboditel“ Blvd. No. 76G and consists of four rooms.
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to provide for the management of a property - public state property, representing the territorial scope of the archaeological immovable cultural value "Early Christian Basilica "Red Church", located in the town of Perushtitsa of the municipality of Perushtitsa, Plovdiv District for a period of 10 years. The activities related to the preservation of the immovable cultural value, as well as the implementation of other scientific, cultural, educational and tourist activities, shall be carried out by the Historical Museum - Plovdiv, in accordance with the requirements of the Cultural Heritage Act. The relations between the museum and the municipality of Perushtitsa should be regulated by a contract.
