By a government decision, properties - private property - necessary for the construction of a servicing technical infrastructure - an access road to (SOG) “Kulata“ and (KV) “Kulata“ of the “Looping from Kulata to Kresna“ facility are being expropriated. They are located on the territory of Blagoevgrad district and are part of the project “Increasing the capacity for natural gas transmission at the Kulata/Sidirokastro interconnection point in the direction from Greece to Bulgaria“.
The properties subject to expropriation are located in the land of the village of Kulata, “Gorni dupki“ locality, Petrich municipality.
The funds for compensation to the owners of the affected properties are provided by “Bulgartransgaz“ EAD.
The decision may be appealed before an administrative court at the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
