Glamping tourism is gaining momentum

Glamping – the new word in the real estate sector. It offers ultra-luxury, ultra-natural views in buildings built only from ecological materials. This is a new form of camping that combines proximity to nature with the amenities that a chic hotel can offer. The special thing here is that visitors do not sleep in a hotel room, but in luxury tents, wooden houses, eco bungalows or even yurts.

A similar complex of mobile portable houses and an area for placing campers and caravans will appear on an area of 3 acres in the Borovets resort. The project envisages the placement of up to 10 mobile houses with an area between 24 and 40 sq m. The plans are to be built of steel structure, wood and panels, without the need for massive construction, according to the investment intention submitted to the municipality.

Environmental solutions are envisaged, such as photovoltaics, energy storage systems, water-saving technologies and preservation of existing vegetation. According to the investors, the goal is to create a sustainable tourism product with minimal impact on nature.
