By a government decision, Burgas Municipality receives ownership of properties - private state property in the city of Burgas. They represent three undeveloped plots of land in the “Poda“ area, “Kraymorie“. The properties will be used for the construction of a municipal site of paramount importance - “New bicycle lane in the land of the “Kraymorie“ area with a ramp facility/crosswalk“. A detailed development plan has been approved for the provision of the route - a parcel plan. The construction of the new connecting bicycle lane is a natural continuation of the existing one from the “Burgas - Sredets - Sozopol“ road junction to the Nature Conservation Center “Poda“.
The implementation of the project will contribute to the safe and rapid diversion of bicycle traffic from the nature conservation center to an existing street in the “Kraymorie“ district - a junction of a turnoff to the “Kraymorie“ district and the old Burgas - Sozopol road, falling within the boundaries of the street regulation of the district. If the planned implementation is not implemented within 5 years of the acquisition of the properties, the Municipality of Burgas will have to transfer them to the state.
The State Information Security Commission receives for management a property - public state property, which represents an ideal part of a land plot with a separate object in a building, located at 16 “Filip Makedonski" Str. in the city of Plovdiv. Until now, the part of the property was under the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but is being taken away due to no longer being necessary.
With another decision of the government, properties and parts of properties - private property, necessary for the construction of the Object “Struma Motorway“ Lot 3.2.2 - bypass of the town of Kresna - part of the right lane, from km 396+137 to km 400 + 340 and a stage connection“ are being expropriated. They are located in the lands of the town of Kresna and the village of Gorna Breznitsa, Kresna municipality, Blagoevgrad region. The funds for compensating the owners are at the expense of the “Road Infrastructure“ Agency. The decision may be appealed before an administrative court at the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to establish a gratuitous right of use for a period of 3 years for conducting field research and conservation of archaeological values on a land property in a forest area - private state property, in the village of Draginovo, Velingrad Municipality, in favor of the Historical Museum - Velingrad.
