By decision of the government, a property in the town of Kiten, which is private state property, becomes public state property. It is managed by the Medical University - Sofia and represents a plot of land with an area of 7028 sq. m and buildings on it. The site is used for socially significant functions in the field of education, healthcare and prevention and, according to the provision of Art. 89, para. 2 of the Higher Education Act, has acquired the status of property - public state property, in view of. It is planned to build a recreation center of the university with sports facilities, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a playground and a medical-prophylactic and rehabilitation complex with a diagnostic-consultative center to serve the population of the region. The management and maintenance of the property will be financed from the budget of the educational institution.
By decision of the government, a separate site in a building on “Bdintsi“ № 1 in the city of Vidin, which is part of a property - public state property, is provided free of charge for the management of the Court of Accounts. It will be used as a remote workplace in the city. Until now, it was under the management of the Supreme Judicial Council, but is being taken away due to no longer being necessary.
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to establish a free right of use for a period of 3 years on a land property in a forest area - public state property in the village of Koshnitsa, Smolyan municipality. The goal is to conduct field research and conservation of the archaeological immovable cultural value fortress “Kaleto“ near Prohodna Peshtera. The right of use is established in favor of the Regional Historical Museum “Stoyu Shishkov“ - city of Smolyan. The decision is in accordance with the Forestry Act, which allows for field research and conservation in land properties in forest territories - public state property, included in territories for the protection of immovable cultural heritage under the Cultural Heritage Act.
