A 36-year-old man was charged with driving with a blood alcohol content of 4.23 per mille. The case dates back to November 10 in Vratsa. By order of a prosecutor, the accused was detained for up to 72 hours.
During the investigation, it was found that in April 2024 he was convicted of the same act.
