"There has never been a case like this. This murder is unusual, non-standard", commented on the show "120 minutes" on bTV, criminalist Botyo Botev.
"There are many strange things at the very beginning. The bodies found in front of the hut, as if for display. The hut was set on fire, but not completely burned down. There are signs that indicate that something is happening there. The unusual situation here is that you erase the traces inside, and outside you leave the corpses on display. This is illogical. Unusual behavior of the perpetrator himself. Hence, many things in the initial assessment of the incident are that there is something illogical. We do not have such a murder in practice - to leave the bodies like this", the criminalist also commented.
We recall that today three bodies were found in a camper - of Ivaylo Kalushev, 15-year-old Alexander Makulev and Nikolay Zlatkov, 22, near Vratsa, around Okolchitsa peak.
According to the expert, there could have been coercion, but it is more logical that they went with him voluntarily. "They leave from the first crime in Petrokhan. From there they travel calmly in the car with him. One is a minor. The other is a man who can resist. These are unusual, non-standard facts. If he had intended to kill Nikolay and Alexander after the initial murder, he could have eliminated them there, in Petrokhan, so that he could hide better, more effectively,", Botyo Botev said.
According to him, there is no evidence of resistance in the first murder: "The mere tying up of three men, who are large, would indicate resistance, it would be difficult for one person to handle. It is difficult to make an assessment. Where they were shot, how they were shot in sequence, it is not known whether there were other shots".
For Botev, the most important thing is what the results of the autopsies are - how do you imagine three men - shooting one, and the others waiting, unless it was with their consent.
He claims that there is no standardization in criminal practice.
"The actions of the subject are very strange. What he has done in various spheres of statehood should be noted that something is wrong. I am extremely concerned that he had an affinity for young children, mainly boys. It seems to me that this subject has a pronounced form of aggressive pedophilia", Botev also commented.
