For more than a week, 26-year-old Angel Ankov lived with his father's body after killing him. This was announced by the prosecutor's office in Plovdiv during the measure for permanent detention of the young man, for whom there is evidence of mental illness. According to the prosecution, Angel killed his father with blows to the head, inflicted with an adze and an axe. For days, Angel deflected attempts by relatives and friends to contact his father.
On February 17, the lifeless body of 56-year-old Todor Sirakov was discovered by a relative who insisted on entering the house.
