No one who commits suicide laughs hours beforehand and no one writes a will in favor of those who will commit suicide with him. I do not believe in the circulated version. This case has become a tool for dividing public opinion and is used in the political campaign. This was stated on Nova TV by national security expert Slavcho Velkov, quoted by novini.bg.
„If there was a person in the alleged place behind the camera, the dog should have sensed it, especially if it was a stranger. For me, this is a technical detail that can be clarified”, Velkov commented on the unknown voice that is heard saying “Take a picture, take a picture” on one of the recordings from ”Petrohan”. It is a matter of seconds, around 2:00 p.m. on February 1.
However, he stressed that no one paid attention to the two dogs. “I pay special attention because if they are alive, they could follow the tracks to those who were possibly there”, Velkov commented.
According to him, the official version of the authorities is the easiest. ”With the suicide version, you stop looking for perpetrators”, the expert commented.
He has doubts about the “unusual visit” at the end of January to Ivaylo Kalushev in the village of Bulgari. “The pretext is to repair the shaft with the water meter. Who told him that this shaft has a problem? Why did he leave from “Petrohan” 400 km to fix the shaft and why is he taking two children with the camper? What makes him return to the “Petrohan” area? What was the shaft used for? Did he take something from there?”, asks Slavcho Velkov.
The expert explained that Bulgari's proximity to the Turkish border is approximately the same as “Petrohan” is to the Serbian border. “We know that this is part of the Balkan route of the so-called immigrants. We also know that these illegal channels are the same – for transporting drugs, for human trafficking, for counterfeit money. This is also a channel for terrorist organizations. That's why the camper should be searched - not whether there is anything, but whether there are places where something could be hidden, "said the expert.
He also asked the question of where the man who discovered the bodies of "Petrohan" is.
Velkov also sees a problem with a photo showing the three bodies in front of the "Petrohan" hut. According to the expert, they are in an unusual position, and there is no snow on them, and it had been raining all night.
“The position of the bodies does not indicate ritual suicide”, believes Slavcho Velkov.
He also asked where the 16 weapons for which there was a permit were.
”It is time for digital forensics - unlocking phones, examining conversations”, said Slavcho Velkov.
