The District Prosecutor's Office files the indictment against Dr. Stanimir Hasardzhiev, Rosen Belov and Simeon Dryanovski in court.
"Around the World and at Home" reported that charges have been filed against Hasardzhiev for intentionally infecting people with HIV and venereal diseases.
The other two and the former chairman of the patient organization are charged with coercion with the use of a weapon, fornication and drugs.
