Human remains were discovered during renovation work on a private property in the Svishtov village of Bulgarsko Slivovo, BTA reported.
Procedural and investigative actions were carried out on site, and the discovered bones have been seized for expert examination, which should establish their origin and the circumstances surrounding the person's death.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case, and the investigation is ongoing.
