A 19-year-old from Varna is in hospital after he and three of his friends got into an argument with a man playing the bagpipes on the seaside promenade.
The young man was stabbed with a knife and has cuts on his face and back, reports BNR. He received medical attention.
According to preliminary data, the company was intoxicated.
The area has been cordoned off by the police, the incident is being investigated.
