A man who robbed an apartment in Sofia while the owner was in it was arrested, BNR reports.
The incident happened shortly before midnight.
The woman living in the apartment on "Vardar" street found the 26-year-old thief in her bedroom and chased him. In his attempt to escape, he jumped and was caught by a police patrol after a chase.
Part of the stolen items were found in custody, and another part was thrown away.
According to the police, the man had multiple criminal convictions.
