Unique Picasso painting sold for $37 million VIDEO

The work, titled "Bust of a Woman with a Hat and Flowers (Dora Maar), has not been seen for more than 80 years

A unique painting by the famous artist Pablo Picasso was sold for $37 million at an auction in Paris, France, Interfax reported on its Telegram channel.

The work, titled “Bust of a Woman with a Hat and Flowers (Dora Maar)“, has not been seen for more than 80 years. It was painted in July 1943 and entered a private collection in 1944.

The artist and photographer Dora Maar had an intimate relationship with Pablo Picasso from 1936 to 1945.

It was previously reported that Spanish police discovered a painting by the famous artist that went missing in early October while being transported between cities. The 1919 work, "Still Life with Guitar," insured for six million euros, was found in Madrid.
