The director of "Fifty Shades Darker" (2017) and "Fifty Shades Freed" (2018) James Foley has died at the age of 71, the Hollywood Reporter reported.
Foley died at his home in Los Angeles, California. He had been battling cancer for the past few years.
Foley also worked on the television series Twin Peaks (1990-2017), House of Cards (2013-2018), and the films Reckless (1984), Glengarry Glen Ross (1992), and Perfect Stranger (2007).
