Gordon Ramsay showed that impressive physical shape is not the preserve of professional athletes. The 59-year-old celebrity chef published a series of photos from the beach, in which he demonstrated his muscular figure, and the shots quickly attracted the attention of his followers on Instagram.
In one of the photos, the star of “Hell's Kitchen“ poses by the ocean in a tight, sleeveless wetsuit, and in another, he is shirtless and wearing sports shorts. Ramsay also included a sunset shot, as well as several photos of the beautiful coastline.
The chef dedicated the post to the participants of the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, wishing them well and thanking the volunteers who help make the grueling race possible.
Ramsay has a personal reason for having special respect for the participants. He is an experienced triathlete himself and has previously completed the legendary race, which includes a 3.86km swim, 180km bike ride and a 42.2km full marathon.
