The leader of the "DPS - New Beginning" filed a report with the prosecutor's office about the upcoming renovation of "Toplofikatsiya Sofia" and the shutdown of the heat supply for almost three months in the capital's "Druzhba - 2" district. Peevski has signaled the prosecutor's office to investigate whether the company is being deliberately led to bankruptcy, as well as about the stated intention of Sofia Mayor Vasil Terziev to offer the service for concession.

„The heating system crisis in "Druzhba" 2” is another failure of Mayor Terziev, of “We continue the change – Democratic Bulgaria“ (PP-DB) and their partners from “Save Sofia”, who in two years have failed to prevent or overcome a single problem of the capital, and now they are trying to legitimize their latest robbery”, commented Delyan Peevski and added that “… this is a State with a capital “D”, because it should be where the people and their problems are”.
Mayor Vasil Terziev answered Delyan Peevski, asking him several questions: “When did the “Magnitsky” sanctioned Peevski “fix the state with a capital D“, that he is already fixing “Toplofikatsiya“?“

And reminded Pevski of the fate of “Lafka“, “Bulgartabac“, Corpbank and a bunch of other companies.

“Toplofikatsiya“ was in an extremely difficult financial and technical condition long before I became mayor. To this day, the company is managed by GERB, BSP and ITN – not by me or my team. The accumulated debts and dependence on “Bulgargaz“ are the result of years of negligence and deliberate inaction. That is why I insist on a concession – so that the company can no longer be milked by “rings of companies“ and the bill for foreign enrichment is paid by Sofia residents“, added Terziev.
