It should be noted that it is a precedent for the Ministry of Environment and Waters to sign an agreement with a non-governmental organization with a subject matter including control activities. Control activities are legally defined and assigned by the legislator to the executive authorities.
Specifically, regarding the issue of inspections carried out, I would like to inform you that in September, throughout the month, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Environment and Water carried out an unscheduled inspection for the presence of violations of the procedure in concluding the agreement in question.
When preparing and signing the Framework Agreement, the requirements of the internal rules for the circulation of electronic and paper documents in the Ministry of Environment and Water were not met. The Framework Agreement was prepared without an initiating report, without the participation of experts from the Ministry and coordinated by the competent directorates of the Ministry. This led to the conclusion of an agreement without a ruling on its appropriateness, and even more so on its legality.

The authorities of the MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS AND THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE (capital letters are mine) were notified for the purpose of checking, within their competence, for a violation of Bulgarian legislation. Extrajudicial actions were taken to terminate the Framework Agreement by mutual consent, with the chairman of the association in question refusing to cooperate.
On October 11, 2022, an invitation was sent to the Association through a notary, informing it that the Framework Agreement was null and void on the basis of Art. 26 of the Obligations and Contracts Act and does not give rise to rights to carry out activities under the Agreement. The notarial summons requested the suspension of all activities of the Association “National Agency for Control of Protected Areas“ based on the agreement in question, the removal of the Framework Agreement and any information related to it from the Association's website, as well as the submission of a declaration that all activities based on the cited agreement have been suspended.

By letter dated October 10, 2022, the Ministry of Internal Affairs was notified with a request for a competency check. By letter dated October 10, the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office was notified, which, according to our information, has opened a file.

Not only the Ministry of Internal Affairs (twice), the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office (twice), the government (all in 2022), but also the deputies at the very beginning of 2023 were familiar with this content.
Now is the beginning of 2026 - three years later. And everyone is pretending to be surprised - state bodies, parties, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Supreme Prosecutor's Office. And those who cannot remain silent are spreading lies!
According to the mayor Georgi Todorov of the village of Gintsi, who was a witness, and according to other eyewitnesses I spoke to, the first to arrive at the crime scene were the National Security Agency. They were the first to enter the building to inspect it. The second were the forensic experts from Sofia. And only then did the local police arrive and were allowed in. So, how did it happen that the lightning-fast reaction came from Sofia?! And not from the local authorities. After all, Gintsi is in Montana and not in Sofia.
The fire department and ambulances arrived last, when the fire had already devastated the first floor. The second floor was not affected so badly.
Therefore, the fire was very recent. Hmm, if you commit murders, you will disappear like a flash of smoke, immediately pulling the match, and not waiting until the last moment with the risk of being caught, blocked by roads, and started checks on them.
And who knows how, after it was extinguished, the fire flared up again. In my opinion, some unerased traces were erased. What kind? - and we will talk about them.
Two of the bodies have a bullet in the temple. Only one each. This is the handwriting of an executioner. The third one has a bullet under the chin. The same handwriting again. But various Interior Ministry commissioners have the audacity to talk to us about sects that kill themselves as if they were professional killers.
In and around the hut there was over a million worth of equipment - video and thermal cameras, signal sensors, surveillance drones, including infrared with a range of over a hundred kilometers. And notice - equipment that is used by special forces of countries around the world.
That is why the building is guarded like the apple of an eye. Including with three dogs. Including with combat weapons - Kalashnikov assault rifles, including American combat carbines.
And when something is guarded like this, it is neither for guests nor for entertainment!
And against this background, the media, national television and the Ministry of Internal Affairs push us with bought ”eyewitnesses” from the village, who tell us about various girls being taken there and therefore instill in us a pedophile story.
A lot of native carp from the population believe these fables. At least ask yourself - who would run a sex den, where everything is recorded openly. The cameras are on display inside the building, on trees around it in a wide perimeter, the area is equipped with sensors, barriers have been set up, the weapon is not hidden, but was at hand - visible. And probably that “something” was also visible.
When a site is guarded in such a way, it is neither a sextant hangout nor a pedophile's den. It is guarded in such a way so that no one can find out what is hidden inside. And we are convinced that even minors were allowed inside. Dust in the eyes of fools!
According to all the data and testimonies of the people of Gintsi, as well as tourists and hunters, the security was carried out with automatic weapons. Such weapons were also found in the building.
In our country, the possession of automatic weapons is prohibited, including by security companies. They are a privilege only of the army and special forces.
So, why hasn't the government reacted with so many caretaker governments, assemblies and disassemblies so far?
There is only one possible explanation – Regardless of the party affiliation of this organization, these people were protected. A serving minister who stood in for a short time was not initiated into the secret and therefore allowed himself to peek deeper. And then he stopped or was stopped.
The suicide version is the same. Vital and rich people do not deprive themselves of life. Moreover, all three dead were cheerful, lovers of life, exotic places on the planet and excursions to them.
Where - for example, in Mexico.

So far, they are untraceable. But I know that the police have not been looking for them at all. Who is our police protecting then?! Us or the professional killers?
Another fact - one of the murdered lived in Mexico for over 1 year, another recently visited him.
I know that up to ten people stayed in the hut. They probably took turns, guarded in shifts, worked in shifts on the processing of the goods - the "white". And there, in the forest, they created and stored the accounting and transfer documents. (also cause of the fire)
Five or six of them - well-armed, are also missing.
I assume that they are the perpetrators of the murders! Because the powerful wolfhounds - 3 in number - were brought inside the building and burned there - on the first floor during the fire. This action could only be carried out by an insider whom the dogs knew. They would not trust anyone else, they would have beaten him without hesitation and probably seriously injured or torn him apart.
With these facts, the hypothesis of a warehouse and distribution center for drugs and weapons for Western Europe is very close to the probable truth.
There is also another convenience besides the international truck route. The border is just a stone's throw away, and it is not uncommon for the mixed Bulgarian-Serbian patrols that guard the border to have lunch in the local inn nearby.
“The White” was taken out after the murders, and the fire erased all traces of it and the documentation. Of them, because the weapons were not taken out. For now, I cannot convincingly state that grenade launchers and plastic explosives were also stored.
What happened suggests that the drama was after a signal from some foreign service about the detected illegal trafficking of weapons with a source in Bulgaria. Intended for far-right and left-wing organizations, including units in Western Europe of terrorist organizations from the Middle East. (I mean Hezbollah)
That is why the rifles and cartridges were left behind. Because even if they had disappeared, there would have been an undoubted leak of information from our state bodies to the criminal underworld. That is why the gas cylinders in this hotel, despite the powerful fire, did not explode.
AND WHO IS THE POLITICIAN WHOSE NAME IS CONNECTED WITH THE HUT?
Notary Iskra Fidosieva - the daughter of Fidos Iskrenov. The building, equipped with 76 beds in rooms with bathrooms, a restaurant, a barbecue, etc., was owned by the family.
You have probably forgotten who she was.
A politician from GERB, chairman of the party's parliamentary group in parliament. After a loud scandal about party interference in the Commission for Combating Corruption, in order to get certain individuals out of the state and judicial authorities, and after a not so loud scandal about money laundering, she hastily resigned. At that time, the head of the Commission was the famous Filip Zlatanov, whose notebook with various amounts and names mysteriously disappeared during the investigation, because it was “stolen”.
At the time, the Commission and the prosecutor's office informed that an investigation had been launched into money laundering, and Tsatsarov had assigned it to the IX Department of the Supreme Court - “Combating Serious and Organized Crime”. Then the case was quietly closed.
Iskra Fidosova is married to a younger Serbian, Tomislav Zivkovich, a former football player for “Radnicki Pirot“. She has a son, Francois, who with her daughter-in-law, Laura, has already furnished her with grandchildren. Iskra and Tomislav have recently been in Sofia.
In 2020, this chalet-hotel was purchased by Ivaylo Georgiev Kalushev (disappeared), and in 2021 he rented the building to the murdered Ivaylo Valentinov Ivanov.
Kalushev and Ivanov are co-founders of the Agency (NAKZT), and in the Cadastre the 1117 sq.m. building and the adjacent land of several acres are designated as NAKZT Mountain Rangers Facility.

Decho Vassilev is also a co-owner of the company “Vi M Company“, which deals with accounting services and consulting, and is also involved in several others. It has about twenty employees, with an annual income of millions from the services it provides. It is a co-owner or owner of other companies. And so the income swells to tens of millions annually.

.For me, the interesting one was the last one – “White Stork”, in which the partner Adel Majed Zakut is an active participant in 12 companies as a partner, sole owner of the capital, beneficial owner, manager, representative and member of the board of directors. The person has ownership in 7 companies.
.So this story is not at all a native version of the “Epstein” scandal. Although the last person I mentioned also teamed up with a person with interests in the fashion world.
It is not, because if there is pedophilia, there must also be rich pedophiles visiting the hut, passing through the village in luxury limousines.
