If they had up to 100 kg. load capacity, then they are hardly just for surveillance. It is more likely that they were used for some kind of smuggling. Or they could be used to train military drone pilots. As we know, the drone is the most modern combat tool, which still requires some qualification.
If you are trained to work with this weapon, you can easily find a job as a mercenary in any zone of military conflict. I have read that they pay serious salaries. And maybe they are preparing fighters for a possible Ukrainian-type Maidan on the yellow cobblestones.
Did anyone tell you? The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Security Service of the Republic of Bulgaria have been putting up with them for 4 years. They start some actions, but someone from above stops them. The "sect" is connected to the network of fifth column foundations, receives grants. It seizes state functions. It attracts young people and trains them in something. And at some point someone cleans them up.
This job could turn out to be 100 times more complicated than they present it to us.
