An authentic pillar of Christianity in its traditional and timeless form

With the beginning of the Conclave in Rome, I will allow myself to share only my hope for the church and its direction. I have already explained why it is not right to do the opposite, by publicly criticizing/criticizing communities, families, churches.

In 2013, I hoped that Cardinal Robert Sara from Guinea would be elected Pope. A man with the deep theological knowledge of Benedict and the authority of John Paul II.

This is what Christian Škvarek wrote on "Facebook".

An authentic pillar of Christianity in its traditional and timeless form. Alas, Cardinal Sarah was 68 at the time, but he is now 80, so his chances are slim.

Fortunately, however, Cardinal Sarah left behind (or is he leading?) a whole school of African cardinals deeply convinced of the traditional and timeless authenticity of church teaching. They are also the people who lead the church on the continent where it is growing the fastest, and therefore where its future lies. It is to them, the cardinals of Africa, that I place my hopes that the church will remain that unshakable rock against which the gates of hell will not prevail.

In the end, whatever happens, we Catholics believe that the decision will be made in a place far from this world, and therefore we will accept it, as we have always done.
